Farmer Livelihood Development a local NGO, which has emerged from the former SCALE fish project, started by Cambodia Action in 1991 (then known as Southeast Asian Outreach). The project has a broader impact than the original aquaculture programme, with arable and animal husbandry components. Check out their website.
