POSITION TITLE:

Management Information System Advisor

LOCATION:

Based in Phnom Penh

DESCRIPTION

Develop a management information system (MIS) designed to ensure secure and appropriate storage of ICC data and documents. Responsibilities and duties include: develop administrative systems and processes to meet the needs of the ICC programmes/projects, oversee the creation and maintenance of data onto MIS systems, create and maintain internal procedures to collect and collate information, ensure data is archived and securely stored and ensure compliance with Cambodian laws, and coordinate and provide capacity building/training to project/programmes on MIS.

REMARKS

The position will require some trips to the projects in various parts of the country. It is expected that it will take 1-2 years to set up the MIS and train the designated staff.
