Position Title:External Relations Advisor
Location:Based in Phnom Penh
Description:Develop and nurture relations with government authorities and other NGOs/ organizations, and with the general public. Initiate and assist ICC management in developing and implementing an effective external relations plan, which will include advocacy and policy analysis on such issues as land use, child welfare, multi-lingual education, etc.
